Eligibility and Age Requirement

All services at ek333 are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. It is strictly prohibited for minors (under 21) to create an account, deposit money or play any game.

ek333 reserves the right to verify age based on the information provided at registration. The verification process may require a national identity card, passport or birth certificate. Certain services may be restricted until age verification is complete.

By registering, the user confirms that they are of legal age and that there is no restriction under the laws of their country or region on using online betting and gaming services.

Account Registration

To create an account at ek333, it is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with incorrect or false information may be closed at any time.

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method also falls under this prohibition.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party or allowing someone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ek333 support team immediately.

3.3 Information Verification

ek333 may verify the identity, age and payment method of an account holder at any time. Access to the account may be temporarily restricted if the required documents are not provided. Failure to submit the requested information within the specified time may result in the account being closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at ek333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The accepted payment methods on the platform are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Bonuses and Promotions

ek333 offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own specific terms and failure to comply with them may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The ek333 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus funds must be wagered 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000 — to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

• ek333 Weekend Reload Festival: 50% bonus on deposit, up to ৳10,000, wagering 20x. Can be claimed once on the last two days of each week.
• ek333 Slot Adventure Bonus: 30% bonus on deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18x. Applicable once per day when deposited into any slot game.
• ek333 Cricket Mania Reward: 40% bonus on deposit, up to ৳12,000, wagering 15x. Can be claimed once per week for betting in the cricket section.
• ek333 Birthday Gift: Reward up to ৳2,000, wagering 10x. Can be claimed once during the birthday month registered on the account.
• Refer a Friend, Get ek333 Reward: Reward up to ৳3,000, wagering 12x. Paid once per successful referral, based on the new member's first deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement of a bonus is met, the bonus balance will be cancelled. Additional terms may apply when using a bonus to bet on a specific game.

Betting and Gaming Terms

All games and betting options at ek333 operate under specific rules. It is advisable to read the rules of the relevant game before playing.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless ek333 acknowledges a technical error. In sports betting, bets are accepted before the event begins. In live betting, bets can also be placed while the event is in progress, though odds change quickly.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical problem in any game or service causes an abnormal result, ek333 reserves the right to cancel that transaction. ek333 is not responsible for losses caused by software or connection errors.

6.3 VIP Program

The ek333 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Users gradually advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier offers weekly cashback — from Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9% and Platinum up to 1.2%.

Fair Use Policy

To maintain a fair environment on the ek333 platform, all users must follow the policies below.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions is prohibited.
• Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence to operate games or betting is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to generate abnormal profits will be treated as fraud.
• Colluding with other users to fix the outcome of a game or bet is prohibited.
• Initiating a chargeback or dispute with any payment provider — where the transaction was made in accordance with ek333's rules — may result in account closure.

If any of the above violations are detected, ek333 will initiate an account investigation and, if necessary, take steps to permanently close the account.

Account Suspension and Closure

ek333 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Registration with false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with the age verification process.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

Users may also voluntarily close their account. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned following the established process; however, bonus balances are non-refundable.

In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, if a user requests self-exclusion, ek333 honours that request and arranges to restrict or close the account for a specified period.

Limitation of Liability

ek333 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service on its platform; however, ek333's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or problems with the user's device.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment services.
• Service downtime due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives).
• Results produced by the random number generator (RNG) in game software.

Users use the platform at their own risk. Full responsibility for financial losses in gaming and betting lies with the user.
